On Thursday, May 9th, KBR partner Jonathan Rubin presented at the 2024 PLUS Healthcare & Medical Symposium in a session titled “Claims Handling and Reserving in the Current MPL Environment”. 

The session covered topics such as emerging trends and issues in medical professional liability (MPL), best practices for claims handling and appropriate case reserving. Jon presented alongside Kevin Fisher from Allied World Insurance Company and Dennis Cook, CPCU, MBA, ASLI from IronHealth at IronShore a Liberty Mutual Company.

KBR attorneys attended the 2024 Crittenden Medical Liability Conference in Charleston, SC, where they connected with industry peers and immersed themselves in discussions about the latest trends in healthcare and medical malpractice litigation.
