Following a two week trial, with four expert witnesses, the jury deliberated on six separate departures associated with medical malpractice, wrongful death and violations of New York Public Health Law 2801-d. On all six departure questions, the jury found no deviation in the standard of nursing care, four of which were unanimous, returning a verdict in favor of defendant.
