Plaintiff alleged our client, a chiropractor, aggravated a patient’s existing vertebral artery dissection leading to a stroke 2 weeks after treatment. Dianna’s session provided in-depth guidance on best practices for hiring, the importance of comprehensive employee handbooks, effective methods for maintaining personnel files and New York Department of Labor Investigations. This presentation marked the first of three that Dianna will be giving on employment issues geared to the New York City Hospitality Industry.
