KBR partner Dianna D. McCarthy recently presented on the topic “Hiring Practices” at the Employment and Labor Law, Financial Crimes Enforcement & Real Estate Seminar hosted by the New York Japanese Restaurant Association.

Dianna’s session provided in-depth guidance on best practices for hiring, the importance of comprehensive employee handbooks, effective methods for maintaining personnel files and New York Department of Labor Investigations. This presentation marked the first of three that Dianna will be giving on employment issues geared to the New York City Hospitality Industry.
