Brennan is an associate practicing in the firm’s Appellate Practice, Medical Malpractice, and Professional Liability groups. He is licensed in both New York and Mississippi, where he has litigated cases in both federal and state courts. Brennan represents a wide range of clients, including hospitals, healthcare workers, long-term care facilities, business owners, attorneys, law firms, management companies, and building owners, as well as private individuals in litigation unrelated to business or professional matters. 

He has experience handling complex, high-stakes motions and appellate matters from inception through resolution, and extensive courtroom experience in all phases of litigation.

Brennan served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, where he honed a varied skillset as a litigator and counselor. Throughout his service, he advised combat commanders on international and operational law and provided broad general counsel services to organizational leadership. He also taught seminars on the law of armed conflict and constitutional law, served as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, and represented victims of sexual assault. In addition, he was the Senior Defense Counsel and Officer in Charge of a U.S. Army Trial Defense Service field office and tried numerous cases before courts-martial to conclusion.  

Since leaving the Army, his practice has focused on civil litigation and appellate matters.
