Congratulations to KBR partner Edward Dondes for securing a defense verdict in a medical malpractice matter in Westchester County!
The case involved an alleged premature extubation following pacemaker placement. Shortly after extubation, the patient experienced respiratory arrest and passed away three weeks later in the ICU. The jury agreed with Ed’s position that appropriate care had been administered.
