Congratulations to KBR attorneys Adi Halevi and Jonathan Rubin on securing summary judgment in a Medical Malpractice matter in Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Plaintiff brought claims arising from medical treatment in the Emergency Room following a motor vehicle accident, claiming the treatment was in violation of his Fourth Amendment right to be free from Excessive Force/Unreasonable Seizures and his Fourteenth Amendment Due Process rights.
