Dianna Daghir McCarthy, a partner at KBR, will be moderating the presentation “AI and Emerging Tech – Liability and Loss on the Horizon” at the 2025 PLUS EPL Symposium on March 3, 2025.

This session will explore AI in the Workplace; the current legal and regulatory frameworks; state laws and pending legislations; and international law and guidance. It will also discuss best practices, recent litigation, and AI and EPL underwriting exposures.
