Robert is a partner concentrating on insurance coverage matters and bankruptcy matters. Robert represents parties involved in various forms of bankruptcy and commercial litigation, including adversary actions, fraudulent conveyance actions, and preference actions. Robert also advises insurers on complex coverage matters, focusing on those matters occurring in a bankruptcy context. He has been involved in various litigations in state, federal district, and bankruptcy courts. Robert has published and spoken on a multitude of topics involving insurance coverage and bankruptcy. He has also served as a Subject Matter Expert for the Directors and Officers Liability Insurance: Introduction and Public/Financial D&O; Liability Insurance: In Focus modules of the PLUS RPLU Designation Curriculum.
