Dianna D. McCarthy is a partner whose practice focuses on Employment and Workplace Management and Cybersecurity, including privacy, pre-breach and Incident Response. Dianna defends employers against allegations of wrongdoing including claims of sexual harassment, failure to hire and/or promote, wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation (including False Claims Act Retaliation), theft of trade secrets and enforcement of covenants not to compete. She counsels clients on creating best practices for both cyber and employment protocol.

Dianna has won many Motions to Dismiss and Motions for Summary Judgment. She also has a proven Appellate practice and has been successful at Trial and Arbitration. Dianna is a frequent invited guest speaker to trade groups, regularly posts on LinkedIn, and has been quoted in various publications such as INsurance Magazine. She completed a course in AI Leadership from MIT’s Executive Education program, where she gained new knowledge on how AI technology can amplify current leadership practices to improve individual, team and organizational leadership capabilities. More recently, Dianna received a certification in Foundations of Independent Audit of AI Systems from ForHumanity.
