Daniel is an associate working in the firm’s medical malpractice and general liability groups. With regard to his medical malpractice work, Daniel represents physicians, hospitals, chiropractors, nurses, dentists, and various other healthcare providers. In connection with Daniel’s general liability work, his clients consist of building and business owners, construction contractors, and motorists involved in collisions.
While attending St. John’s University School of Law, Daniel received the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Medical Malpractice. Additionally, Daniel served as the Managing Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Daniel also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable William J. Giacomo of the New York State Supreme Court, County of Westchester.
