Christine is a partner with a primary focus on the defense of Medical Malpractice cases involving physicians, hospitals and nursing homes. She also represents commercial building owners, contractors, and homeowners in Premises and General Liability matters involving serious injuries. Throughout her 24 years as an attorney, she has successfully tried dozens of high-exposure cases involving a wide array of claims. Christine has a specific focus on representing specialized surgeons and hospitals, obtaining many verdicts in their favor. She has also obtained favorable results for many clients through aggressive motion practice and alternative dispute resolution.
Christine also has considerable experience advising institutional clients in various areas of risk management and mitigation. As a result of her common-sense approach to litigation and trial advocacy, she has been an invited lecturer at area hospitals and private practices. She has also advised physicians in private practice on a wide array of topics including, hospital privileges, insurance matters, affiliation agreements, and disciplinary proceedings. Christine has represented defendants in both local and multi-district class action litigation involving silicone gel breast implants and asbestos products.
Christine was Managing Editor of The Fordham Urban Law Journal Volume 22 during her third year of law School and received the Archibald R. Murray Award for Public Service.
