David is a partner practicing primarily in the firm’s Appellate Practice and Lawyers Professional Liability groups. David has extensive experience briefing and arguing complex appeals and motions and has obtained numerous favorable decisions in both the appellate and trial courts. In addition to having an extensive background in appellate litigation, David also has a track record of successfully defending lawyers, health care practitioners and other professionals at the trial level.
While attending law school, David served as an Executive Board Member of the St. John’s University School of Law Moot Court Honor Society and a Senior Staff Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. David was also a judicial intern for The Honorable Karen V. Murphy, Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau.
