David skillfully convinced the appellate court to reverse the lower court’s denial of summary judgment, with costs. The appellate court granted the motion, dismissed the plaintiff’s entire complaint, and awarded our clients’ judgment as a matter of law on a counterclaim for unpaid legal fees.
