Last week, KBR sponsored the 18th annual Employment Practices Liability Insurance ExecuSummit conference at Mohegan Sun Resort & Convention Center.

Robyn Silvermintz, a partner at KBR, co-chaired the event and delivered a presentation on the “Pregnant Workers Fairness Act – Expanded Protections and Expected Fallout.”  Fellow partner, Dianna D. McCarthy presented on “AI and Emerging Tech – Liability and Loss on the Horizon”.
