Robyn Silvermintz is a partner in the firm’s Employment and Workplace Management, Professional Liability Defense, and Commercial Litigation groups. Robyn defends employers against a wide variety of claims, in federal and state courts, including discrimination, sexual harassment, failure to hire and/or promote, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, employment contract disputes, theft of trade secrets, and enforcement of covenants not to compete.  In addition, she counsels clients on best employment practices. 

Robyn also handles labor matters for clients with unionized workforce and has successfully defended employers before various administrative agencies, including, but not limited to, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, New York State Division of Human Rights and New Jersey Division on Civil Rights.

Robyn has been co-chair and presenter at the Employment Practices Liability Insurance ExecuSummit since 2015 and has been invited to speak at other conferences on employment and diversity and inclusion topics.
