Michael is an associate with the firm focusing his practice on General Liability including Construction and Labor Law, Premises Liability, Trucking and Transportation, Hospitality and Dram Shop, Property Damage and Subrogation Defense, Products Liability, and Motor Vehicle accidents. Michael represents a broad range of clients, such as property owners, business owners, construction management firms, contractors, and transportation companies.
Prior to joining the KBR team, Michael had extensive experience handling all aspects of defense side litigation in general liability including premise liability, products liability, motor vehicle and trucking accidents, and labor law matters.
During law school, Michael volunteered at the Volunteer Lawyers Project Civil Legal Advice and Resource Office (CLARO) providing legal advice to low-income New Yorkers being sued by debt collectors in Kings County Civil Court. Michael also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in New York Civil Practice.
