Elizabeth is a partner whose practice focuses on Employment Litigation Practices in both the federal and state courts of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. Elizabeth’s experience encompasses a broad range of cases including employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, whistle-blower/retaliation, employment contract disputes, and defamation.
Elizabeth has also successfully defended employers in administrative cases and compliance investigations before federal and state departments of labor and anti-discrimination agencies, including the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, New Jersey’s Division on Human Rights, New York City’s Commission on Human Rights, and Connecticut’s Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.
Prior to joining KBR, Elizabeth was a special deputy attorney general in the Employment Litigation section of the New Jersey Office of Attorney General, where she defended state employees and state agencies against claims of discrimination, harassment, and whistle-blowing/retaliation.
