Diana-Marie is a partner whose practice focuses on employment litigation, general liability, and skilled nursing, assisted living, home & hospice care. She represents employers, resorts, education boards, townships, medical professionals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities in proceedings throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining KBR, Diana-Marie served as an assistant prosecutor at the Union County Prosecutor’s Office where she gained invaluable trial experience and clerked for the Honorable Michael L. Ravin, J.S.C. at the Essex County Superior Court.

Diana-Marie is an active leader in the legal community. She serves on the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Diversity Committee and Minorities in the Profession Board, the Garden State Bar Association’s Board of Directors, and the American Bar Association Litigation Section’s Women’s Conference Committee.

She is also a seasoned CLE educator who has presented for bar associations, CLE providers, and professional organizations on a range of topics, including attorney well-being, best practices for young lawyers, employment law, artificial intelligence, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Her recent presentations include a discussion of the CROWN Act in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and its impact on schools and employers, as well as a presentation on artificial intelligence, algorithmic bias, and employment law.
