On Thursday, August 20, Diana-Marie presented “Safe to Learn, Safe to Work: Legal Duties for Psychological Safety in Schools and the Workplace.” This CLE program examined the emerging legal landscape, compliance obligations, and potential liabilities surrounding psychological safety in educational and professional settings. Diana-Marie, along with Tracy Sanders, and Janna Sheiman, analyzed current statutes and case law to provide attorneys with practical tools for counseling employers and schools on fostering safe environments in the face of increasing harassment, discrimination, bullying, and discrimination complaints.
