Lee is a Partner who has been practicing law in the area of insurance law and insurance litigation since 1983.
Lee has over two decades of experience in the areas of Insurance Agents & Brokers Liability, General Liability and Premises Liability, Dram Shop Liability, Insurance Company Errors and Omissions, Municipal Liability and Miscellaneous Professional Liability. He has extensive experience as insurance coverage counsel and also has defended domestic and international insurance brokerage firms and insurance companies in complex litigation matters. In addition, Lee has represented numerous landlords and restaurants in General Liability and Dram Shop cases.
He has lectured for the National Academy of Insurance Brokers and the Academy of Insurance Education. Lee also has represented professionals in the telecommunications industry and has lectured to trade groups in the field.
