Stephen is an associate whose practice focuses on the areas of Medical Malpractice and Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Home Care & Hospice. He represents hospitals, physicians, nurses and other healthcare entities in a variety of complex litigation matters.
During his time at Columbia Law School, Stephen served as a summer intern at the Legal Action Center and the Criminal Appeals Bureau of Legal Aid in New York City. In addition, he worked with both State and Federal courts, assisting in research, drafting decisions and overseeing trials through inception to final determination. Stephen was also heavily involved in Sanctuary for Families, where he advocated for victims of domestic abuse.
