Jennifer is an associate at the firm. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Healthcare Law, General Liability and Employment Practices litigation, including defense of complex nursing, medical and other professional malpractice, nursing home and long-term care negligence, personal injury and wrongful death claims, and employment practices litigation against healthcare entities and other business entities.

As a member of the healthcare law group, Jennifer has experience defending nursing homes, sub-acute rehabilitation, long term care facilities and other corporate entities in a variety of matters, including negligence litigation and class action civil lawsuits, and medical malpractice actions against physicians and other healthcare professionals. Jennifer also has prior experience in representing healthcare facilities and practitioners in government agency investigations and enforcement/disciplinary proceedings.

While attending law school, Jennifer served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael L. D’Amico in Erie County Supreme Court. 

Outside of work, Jennifer also currently serves as the Attorney of the Town of Hamburg, NY Planning Board.
