Jennifer Puglisi is a partner of the firm. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Skilled Nursing Services and Medical Malpractice, including defense of complex medical and other professional malpractice, nursing home and long-term care negligence, New York State statutory and regulatory violations and compliance against healthcare entities, healthcare practitioners and other related business entities. She also practices in other aspects of healthcare defense, including personal injury claims, general/premises liability and employment practices litigation. Jennifer is involved in every stage of litigation, from inception through trial.

As a member of the healthcare law group, Jennifer has experience defending nursing homes, sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care facilities, and other healthcare practitioners in a variety of matters, including negligence/malpractice litigation; government agency investigations; and class-action civil lawsuits. Jennifer also represents municipal agencies in litigation and civil rights claims.

While attending law school, Jennifer served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael L. D’Amico in Erie County Supreme Court. Jennifer previously served as the Attorney of the Town of Hamburg, NY Planning Board and remains actively involved in her community by serving on local committees.
