Cynthia J. Park is an Associate in KBR’s Employment and Workplace Management group. She represents employers in a broad range of employment matters in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and administrative proceedings. Her experience includes defending class and collective actions, litigating complex workplace disputes, and advocating for employers at every stage of litigation. When resolution is the strategic objective, Cynthia is a strong and effective advocate in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution forums. She also has experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
