Brian Margolies is a partner in the Insurance Coverage group. His practice is devoted exclusively to insurance-related matters, primarily involving pollution, professional, general liability, and excess/umbrella policies. He has a specialized practice in coverage for environmental exposures, providing legal guidance and counsel on matters across numerous industries, including oil and gas exploration, real estate, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality, as well as for matters involving toxic tort exposures arising out of products liability. Brian regularly counsels insurance carriers on coverage, regulatory and bad faith issues, and has represented clients in coverage litigation throughout the country. He is a frequent lecturer at national conferences and an author in various publications.
