Belinda’s session, “Social Equity”, will delve into the experience of the roll-out of Social Equity programs within Adult Recreational Use Licensing legislation. It will explore the promises and realities of how Social Equity provisions within legislation has differed in Illinois, the first Adult Recreational Use state, and New York; both locations currently in the trenches of issuing licenses.
