Congratulations to KBR attorneys Adi Halevi and Jonathan Rubin on securing summary judgment in a Medical Malpractice matter in Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Plaintiff brought claims arising from medical treatment in the Emergency Room following a motor vehicle accident, claiming the treatment was in violation of his Fourth Amendment right to be free from Excessive Force/Unreasonable Seizures and his Fourteenth Amendment Due Process rights. Plaintiff also asserted a Conspiracy theory of liability. The Court granted summary judgment in our client’s favor, ruling that the treatment Plaintiff received in the Emergency Room was appropriate and did not violate the Plaintiff’s rights.
