Congratulations to KBR attorney Philip Artusa on securing a defense verdict in a medical malpractice case venued in Sullivan County.
Plaintiff alleged that our client failed to timely diagnose and treat acute renal failure, leading to the death of the patient. After just 15 minutes of deliberation the jury found that our client did not depart from the standard of care and returned a unanimous defense verdict.
