Natalie is an associate attorney in the firm’s Employment and Workplace Management group, primarily focusing on Employment Practices Litigation. She represents employers in a variety of employment-related litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, negligent supervision, negligent hiring, and assault and battery claims. Natalie also represents employers in various general liability claims such as premises liability and negligence.
Before joining KBR, Natalie worked as a Staff Attorney at Connecticut Legal Services.
During law school, Natalie served as the Executive Symposium Editor for the Belmont Law Review, and she completed over 350 hours of pro bono legal services. She gained invaluable federal court experience as a judicial intern for a federal magistrate judge at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, as well as a trial unit intern with the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Middle District of Tennessee. She also served as a law clerk for a Tennessee state court judge handling civil matters.
