Monika is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on Employment and Workplace Management. She represents employers on matters involving all aspects of employment litigation, including cases involving sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination on the basis of race, gender, pregnancy, age, religion, national origin, disability and/or LGBTQ+ status, equal pay violations, whistleblowers, and retaliation.
Monika has experience in all stages of litigation including drafting motions, conducting discovery, depositions, mediations and settlement negotiations, and appearing before both State and Federal courts of New York.
