Megan is an associate attorney in the firm’s Employment and Workplace Management group, primarily focusing on Employment Practices Litigation. She represents employers in a variety of employment-related litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, negligent supervision, wage disputes, and negligent hiring. With a strong background in litigation, Megan advocates for clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies.
Prior to joining KBR, Megan worked at a regional litigation firm representing professionals in various disputes. In addition, Megan served as a judicial law clerk for the judges of the Connecticut Superior Court.
During law school, Megan was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Maureen McKenna Goldberg of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
