Marybeth is an associate in KBR’s Insurance Coverage group. She represents international and domestic insurers in complex coverage matters and coverage ligation, primarily in the areas of Directors and Officers Liability and Financial Institutions. Prior to joining KBR, Marybeth served as a judicial law clerk for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.
While in law school, Marybeth was the Executive Articles Editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review, and was a judicial intern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
