Stephen is an associate practicing in the areas of General Liability, Medical Malpractice, Skilled Nursing and Aging Services, and Long-Term Care litigation. He represents hospitals, physicians, nurses, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare entities in a variety of complex litigation matters.

Stephen has worked on a broad range of matters in New York and New Jersey, including general liability, intellectual property, and commercial matters. He has handled matters in both federal and state courts, giving him a strong understanding of both state and federal court procedures.

Stephen served as Senior Editor of the Seton Hall Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and studied Advanced Civil Practice under Chief Judge Michael A. Chagares of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. During law school, Stephen interned for the Honorable Paul I. Marx of the Rockland County Supreme Court, New York, where he gained firsthand exposure to the judicial process and insight into litigation strategy.
