Amanda Davinson is an associate in the firm’s Employment and Workplace Management group whose practice focuses on Employment Practices Liability. Amanda represents businesses in a variety of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination claims.

During law school, Amanda served as Articles Editor of the American Bar Association’s Real Property Trust and Estate Law Journal, as well as a member of the Labor and Employment Law Society. She earned CALI Awards in both Civil Procedure and Advanced Legal Writing.
