Shani Walker is an associate in the Employment and Labor group, concentrating on employment litigation and workplace compliance matters. She represents employers in a broad range of employment-related disputes and advisory matters, including claims involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage and hour, and wrongful termination.
Shani has experience across all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and strategy development through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. Her practice includes representing clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.
