David Choi is an associate in the Employment and Workplace Management Group, focusing on Employment Practices Litigation. He represents clients in a wide range of employment-related disputes and advisory matters. David has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and strategy, to discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
With a strong background in litigation, David advocates for clients in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights.
