Loretta is a partner whose practice focuses primarily on the areas of Medical, Dental and Nursing Malpractice. Since 1986, she has been representing major hospitals in the New York and New Jersey metropolitan areas as well as physicians, dentists, chiropractors, nurses and other health care providers.
Loretta is the author of various articles and has lectured on topics including medical malpractice, various aspects of risk management in the office and hospital settings, informed consent and social media. Recent hospital presentations include Can You Hear Me Now? How Ineffective Communication Amongst Healthcare Professionals Can Lead to Trouble and Did You Get That? Legal and Nursing Aspects of Medical Documentation.
Loretta has received the distinguished honor of AV Preeminent Rating for Ethical Standards and Legal Ability by Martindale-Hubbell. She has been named one of Avenue’s Legal Elite Top Women Lawyers for 2012. Loretta has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America in the 2020-2024 editions for Medical Malpractice Law.
