Michelle is a partner practicing in the fields of General Liability, Premises Liability, and Insurance Defense litigation. Michelle is also a trial attorney who litigates high-exposure bodily injury and property damage cases from inception to trial. While at KBR, Michelle has successfully defended clients at trial in various labor law, premises liability, and property damage actions.
Prior to joining KBR, Michelle was an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the New York City Law Department, where she successfully defended the City of New York, its agencies, and employees in civil trials in the Bronx Tort Trial Unit, resulting in multiple defense verdicts.
