Barbara is a Partner with the firm practicing in the areas of Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, ERISA and Fiduciary liability, and Insurance Coverage Litigation. Her practice also includes the drafting of insurance policies and the representation of insurers in coverage matters. She also advises insurers regarding liabilities faced by employers and underwriting considerations relevant to insuring those liabilities.

While attending law school Barbara was named a Dean’s Merit Scholar and was awarded a Nathan Burkan Memorial Award by the American Society of Composers and Publishers (ASCAP) for her paper Copyright and Right of Publicity Issues Involved in Digital Reanimation.
