Marco defends hospitals, physicians and nursing homes against Professional and General Liability claims. He has also represented hospitals and physicians in high-exposure medical malpractice cases involving obstetrics, pediatrics, radiology, infectious diseases, oncology, orthopedic and general surgery, and many other specialties of medicine, and is experienced in the defense of lead paint exposure litigation.
Before joining KBR, Marco was counsel to a member of the New York State Assembly, where he drafted and prepared legislation and performed legal and legislative research. Marco also has experience as a licensing agent for music publishers and is experienced in the resolution of royalty disputes between publishers and record companies.
