Samantha is a partner involved in insurance coverage matters on behalf of domestic and international insurers, particularly in the areas of Employment Practices Liability, Directors and Officers Liability and Professional Liability.

In addition to advising insurers regarding coverage, Samantha monitors complex claims and conducts exposure assessments of those claims, including nationwide class actions. She works closely with insurers to develop cost-effective strategies for resolution of claims across a variety of areas of substantive law. 

Samantha represents insurers in coverage litigation and participates in mediations and other settlement negotiations on behalf of insurers. She also advises insurers regarding liabilities and exposures faced by different industries and provides underwriting considerations relevant to insuring those liabilities.

Samantha earned her J.D. at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she was Associate Editor of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law.  During law school, Samantha was a judicial intern for the Honorable John E. Sprizzo, United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  Samantha also served as a legal intern with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and as student counsel for the Cardozo Labor and Employment Law Clinic.
