Mario is a partner in the firm's Medical Malpractice, General Litigation and Nursing Home and Long Term Care practice groups. He represents a range of health care professionals and providers including residential health care and assisted living facilities, physicians, physician’s assistants, hospitals and home health agencies.


Mario is widely published in areas pertaining to risk management of long-term claims and has been a featured author in The Risk Management Quarterly, Long-Term Living and various other publications. He is frequently invited to give in-service lectures as a legal advisor within the health care industry pertaining to the defense of nursing homes. In addition to practicing throughout New York State, Mario serves as supervisory/monitoring counsel for residential health care facilities nationwide.
