Matthew is a partner of the firm concentrating on insurance coverage matters and coverage litigation, particularly in the areas of Directors and Officers Liability, Fintech, Errors and Omissions and Professional Liability. He has also handled cases involving Employment Practices, Fiduciary, and General Liability. He acts as coverage and litigation counsel for primary and excess insurers in complex matters involving shareholder actions, antitrust cases, regulatory investigations and proceedings, professional services, and employment disputes. Matthew also has extensive experience drafting insurance policies and endorsements.
