Prior to joining KBR, Ibrahim began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office. During his time at the DA’s Office, Ibrahim handled and investigated matters from inception to sentencing and/or disposition. He appeared on cases in Bronx’s Criminal and Supreme Court, drafting cases, handling arraignments, hearings, pre-trial conferences, plea negotiations, and trial.

While attending law school, Ibrahim served as a legal intern for the Honorable Cecelia G. Morris, Chief Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York, and the Albany County District Attorney’s Office. Ibrahim also served as the executive editor of the Journal of Science & Technology.

Mark has an extensive background in appellate litigation and has successfully represented clients in New York State appellate courts in breach of contract claims, article 78 proceedings, and tort actions. Prior to joining KBR, he also represented a municipality in Westchester County, drafted local laws, and advised on legislation and related matters.

Mark previously served as the Assistant Law Clerk to an Appellate Division Justice for the Second Department, where he researched and analyzed legal issues in a variety of civil and criminal appeals to assist in preparing for appellate arguments and drafting decisions. Before becoming an attorney, Mark managed a non- profit program in New York City that focused on preventative poverty services, education, and advocacy around the areas of health and hunger.
