Betsy is an associate attorney practicing in the fields of cyber liability, medical malpractice, and miscellaneous professional liability. She concentrates on liability issues related to cyberbullying, as well as on cyber liability insurance coverage matters.
Betsy has experience representing major metropolitan medical centers, podiatrists, psychologists, chiropractors, dentists, nurses, home health care attendants and various other health care professionals. In addition, she has experience defending healthcare clients and insurers in healthcare, ERISA and managed care litigation. She has successfully defended life, health and disability claims brought against employee benefit plan administrators, employers and managed care organizations.
Betsy has published on topics including medical malpractice, risk management and litigation practice. She also recently authored an article on the topic of Cyberbullying in The New York Law Journal.
