]]> Hannah is an associate attorney at the firm who practices in Medical Malpractice. She mainly focuses on the defense of complex Medical Malpractice matters representing hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in all aspects of litigation from claim inception through trial. Hannah is involved in drafting motions, conducting discovery, performing legal research and lawsuit evaluations, and appearing before various Superior Courts and District Courts in New Jersey.

Throughout law school, Hannah worked as a certified legal intern at the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office appearing on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an Assistant District Attorney, as well as a certified legal intern for New Jersey’s Office of the Public Defenders in Burlington County Superior Court. Upon graduation from law school, Hannah served as a Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable Christopher J. Garrenger, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington Vicinage. Hannah’s experience has prepared her with the necessary skills required to accurately assess claims and tackle the nuances of complex medical malpractice matters.

He focuses his practice on the defense of physicians and healthcare providers, as well as skilled and assisted living facilities in medical malpractice and disciplinary matters. Over the past 25 years, Chuck has advocated for doctors and facilities. The nature of his practice is devoted to trial work on complex medical malpractice claims. Chuck has tried over 100 such cases, many with multimillion-dollar exposures.

Chuck began his career in law after serving nine years in the United States Marine Corps. Following graduation from law school, Chuck served as a Judicial Law Clerk to The Honorable Steven Kleiner, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of Cumberland County, New Jersey.

Chuck provides educational lectures to healthcare providers, attorneys and insurance carriers about medical malpractice law, liability and exposures faced by healthcare professionals.
