KBR partner Dianna D. McCarthy recently spoke at the American Conference Institute’s 32nd Annual Employment Practices Liability Insurance Conference in Chicago, Illinois.
Dianna spoke alongside Letoyia Horton from Beazley Group and Laura Lapidus from CNA on the topic of AI in the Workplace through a presentation titled, “Emerging Themes Governing the Use of AI in the Workplace: Administering the Power of Automation Around Workplace Transparency, Discrimination, and Data Integrity”.
On Monday, October 30, 2023, KBR attorney Daniel H. Lewkowicz was honored by The Legal Aid Society as a recipient of the 2023 Pro Bono Publico Award.
Annually, Legal Aid acknowledges the exceptional efforts of volunteer lawyers, law firms, corporations, and other dedicated professionals who have generously offered their time and expertise to deliver exceptional legal assistance to disadvantaged residents of New York. They won a years-long coverage litigation in which the insured (a law firm) sought to compel the payment of defense and expert fees on behalf of the attorney/owner’s construction management company.
