William is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on Employment Practices Litigation. He represents employers on matters involving all aspects of employment litigation, including cases involving sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination on the basis of race, gender, pregnancy, age, religion, disability and/or LGBTQ+ status, equal pay violations, whistleblowers, and retaliation.

William has experience in all stages of litigation including drafting motions, conducting discovery, performing legal research, lawsuit evaluations, and appearing before both State and Federal courts of New York
