Michael S. O’Malley is an associate in the Employment and Workplace Management group. He defends employers against allegations of wrongdoing, including claims of sexual harassment, failure to hire and/or promote, wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation. In addition, Michael counsels employers on various state and federal employment laws, as well as provides guidance on workplace management decisions.

Michael also has experience in defending clients in general liability litigation matters. Prior to joining KBR, Michael routinely represented clients in connection with premises liability, trucking and transportation, and motor vehicle accidents.
