Emily is an associate with the firm focusing her practice on Construction and Labor Law, General Liability, Medical Malpractice and Premises Liability. She represents a broad range of clients, such as owners of buildings, business owners, construction firms, hospitals and contractors. Emily also handles motor vehicle and transportation matters.
Emily has prior experience handling liability claims from inception to completion, formally working as a risk claims associate at a national insurance company.
Throughout law school, Emily served as a legal intern at the Vera Institute of Justice, the U.S. Department of Justice Legal Orientation Program, and One Fair Wage. As an undergraduate student, Emily was a student fellow with NextGen America PAC, the nation’s largest youth voting organization using innovative digital and field strategies to turn out young voters in key states. Emily also served as a strategic communication intern on a major presidential campaign.
