Elizabeth is an associate attorney focusing her practice in the Employment and Workplace Management and Employment Practices Litigation Group.  She represents employers in state and federal litigation concerning claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Izzie has extensive experience in all stages of litigation including drafting dispositive motions, conducting discovery, and appearing in New York state and federal courts. She has negotiated on behalf of numerous employers to achieve cost-effective resolutions in both private and court-ordered mediations and settlement conferences. As part of her practice, Izzie has responded to comprehensive internal audits launched by the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection.  Izzie has also represented and counseled employers throughout investigations by the Office of Attorney General and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

During law school, Izzie served as Associate Symposium Editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Review and Secretary for the Latin American Law Students Association. She actively participated in Fordham Law’s Federal Litigation Clinic and gained valuable experience through legal internships at the Urban Justice Center, New York Civil Liberties Union, and New York State Division of Human Rights. Izzie was a recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, summa cum laude.
